Looking for a realtor in Atlanta. I’m looking to relocate and purchase a home I’m thinking in Fairburn. I will be visiting ATL next week and would like to meet. Please send your contact information along with your website. I’m relocating from California and looking to connect with a realtor that’s well connected in Atlanta and deal with investors. Even though this place will be for me to live in. I owne rental properties in other states. I’m already prequalified and ready to move.

Hello BiggerPockets Ppl,

I’m planning to move to the Atlanta area or maybe somewhere else if i change my mind. I wanted to purchase a single family to live in not rent out however, my job isn’t based in Atlanta. Is there any way I could get financing for with putting 15% down or less? I heard I

things like buying it as a vacation property could be less down payment. Planning to do this around March or April. any advice please

Thank you

I’m in the process of purchasing 2 properties both are Duplex and all 4 units have tenants. I’m currently lost on what type of insurance to get. I currently use Liberty Mutual for my home. However I’m hearing things about landlord insurance and umbrella insurance. Would you recommend getting both or do I just need landlord insurance.

Also any companies you recommend for great prices on rates. Both properties are located in Ohio.

Thanks for the help.

@Zeke Liston I would want to stay in a safe neighborhood near downtown or university with access to nightlife and great restaurants. Any specific neighborhoods or zip-codes you recommend?

Thank you
