I'm pretty much debt free guys I just have medical bills slightly under $2500. I guess paying longer on the loan would've helped out the bank but NOPE I am perfectly fine with being debt free. Hopefully my 2 credit cards work for me.

Hey ladies and Gents, I've just paid off a car loan that had a 6 year term. The only thing is I paid it off 4 years early and apparently my credit score dropped from 715 to 712 on Credit Karma. I found out paying it off reduced my age of history. I have 2 other accounts open which are credit cards and I try to only do 30% of the utilization for both of them.Any tips on getting my score up (750+) because I'm trying to get prepared for a multi-family FHA with the best rates. Anyone with a similar scenario and what steps did you take.
