Hi Marc, thanks for the reply. Ill have my own washer and dryer in the guest house, I'm asking if I should supply one in the main for my tenants. If I understood your reply correctly.

Hi all, and nice to meet everyone. I just recently went under contract on my first property. Its a 3 bed, 2 bath, main house with a den and attached guest house. Guest house is 1 bed and 1 bath. I will be living in the guest house, while renting out the main.

Both units are without washer and dryer units, my question is, do I supply them in the main house; or let potential tenants figure that one out?

Thanks in advance
