I am looking for a contractor in Phoenix to help. I have an addition that needs to be raised about 8-12 inches plus adding an additional support beam. Hoping someone has a reliable recommendation. Thanks!

I have been hearing a lot of people speaking about putting your holding LLC into an irrevocable trust. I am having a hard time finding information about this topic and wondering if it's worth the deep search. Thoughts?
