I'm brand new to real estate investing, I actually kind of just stumbled across it from being in the design and construction industry. I've always been interested in obtaining a passive income through rentals and getting out of my cubicle one day!! So I think this website has a lot to offer and I'm excited to learn and take action. Like everyone here I would like to be successful in real estate investing so I've been thinking about investing in a US market as there are more opportunities in certain areas. I realize this will make things a bit more complicated and maybe it's a horrible idea, so, I would greatly appreciate any advice and/or experiences from Canadian investors investing in the US or vise versa. Can it be done?! :)
