Thanks for the replies guys. I have decided to go ahead with Orbirental. New software out of San Francisco. The best I saw - lots of automation, easy to use, and not expensive.

Hi All, I am looking for some vacation rental software as I am moving into managing 5 rental properties and it is getting complicated. Would love some advice. Kigo and Escapia, and Streamline seem quite expensive and outdated. Would love thoughts and recommendations! Important for me is low cost, and automation... Cheers. Dean

Is it for long term rentals? If it is for vacation rental property, there is nothing better than orbirental which is a new company out of san francisco
