Any way around paying the very high property tax, school tax etc. in SC?  I purchased a Home in SC as a second home and the taxes are through the roof.  Any ideas how to lower this or use it as a owner occupied property?  I have another property in NC that I am keeping?

Jim, I did not purchase the note for 43,000, I purchased it for much lower and was able to get a DIL shortly after I purchased.  I rented the property for the last 2 years for 750 a month and now the tenant has moved out and instead of renting it again I have decided to sell to buy more notes.  I an confident it will sell but if it does not I will keep as a rental, it is a good cash flowing property.

This single family detached home is located at 258 Omega Ct. Pensacola FL 32506.

property needs minor repairs. Perfect for the Investor who wants to make a quick profit. Purchase for 27,000 estimated repairs of 5,000 and ARV is estimated at 45,000. Investor could purchase for cash flow, rentals could easily bring 600-700 per mo. with only some painting. Maybe you are a Homeowner that wants a inexpensive place to live where it could be fixed up over time and sold for a profit. New A/C put in last year. Attached garage. email Don for more info.

Everyone can also go to The Note Exchange to find performing and non-performing notes. I have bought from them in the past always with a good experience
