Can anyone tell me if they are investment partners with Mr Kaller or if they have knowledge of his Renovation Funding program which is refered to as Road To Real Estate Riches.

I am asking because I received a phone call and the individual on the other end was asking me how to get in contact with him.  Which made me think Gee I have been a member of his network but have never really joined any of his transactions.  So here is another individual trying to locate him.  I did some research and his numbers some aren't working and other just request a message.

So has anyone here at bigger pockets done business with him?

or should I chalk this up as a potential scam

He has a good concept for a funding program for renovation and flipping the property which is why I was wondering if anyone has done business with him.

Have you spoken to Jeff Keller from Renovation Funders.

They fund renovations and are looking for investors.

If you need a General Contractor because you decide to build on the properties.

You can contact Victor Perez he is located in SARASOTA and provides quality work.

Who am I? I am a Hispanic female with hopes and dreams of being successful. I live in the Ocala section of Florida. There have been some changes since I last visited Connected investors so I am updating my profile today. You can visit my web site at http://dnafieldservicesllc.wordpress.com I started my business because I have a desire to help others. I am interested in Real Estate, the development of communities and businesses and the personal growth of individuals. My first interest in Real Estate was when I was 15 I was interested in a 2 story mixed use building with 2 3 br apartments and a store on the bottom. I hassled my uncle and wanted him to buy it. He insisted it was not profitable. Since then I have always had the desire to get involved in real estate so I slowly started the self tough route and would read books, watch shows which in fact one of my favorite shows was this old house and my first Real Estate training course was the Carlton Sheets No Money down back in 1993. I am always looking and stopping at vacant homes and seeing what is wrong with them looking up the owners and finding out what the properties information is. I would even go as far as trying to get funding to renovate the property so I could flip it or rent it out but for some reason or other I always run into an obstacle call down payment or qualifications. So I found an agent that was looking for someone to help him locate vacant apartments for individuals in the shelter system and I would assist him in showing the individuals the units I would speak with landlords and owner. I also did some field work for a company that was looking for individuals to take photos of properties. I move to Ocala in 2012 and decided I would pursue my desire to own my own business. I chose the real estate industry and have entered the field service industry here in Ocala Fl. I now have experience with field inspections, property preservation, renovations, remodeling, restoration, new constructions, lawn care and repairs. I have joined forces with 4 companies who perform a large number of the services my company offers. I still have the desire to become an investor and buy and hold properties. I still look at the homes that I provide overviews for as if I was going to purchase them myself and I research them for the possibility of a future investment. I was studying with internachi for the home inspection course but ran into a mental block so I am taking it easy till I get my inspection certificate. I feel that my choice in the Real Estate industry goes well with my future business plans because it is a big part in the process of building communities and businesses. I inherited a house and some land and would like to build on it to create future wealth for me and my heirs.

Thank you for your reply and I will look into it.

Hi Kimberly T. in regards to viewing properties that are long distance. You could utilize the services of myself or a company that I work for that provides you with a visual and photo report on the property you are interested in. I work with Velocity REO's they can have some one do a quality inspection on the property for you and provide you with the report. I myself live in Florida and work as an independent contractor I have a number of assignment with different companies so I also locate FSBO properties to a group of investors. I look at properties and provide a personal assessment of the property take photos and provide you with a report on the findings of the area and concerns with the property.

In regards to what might be an issue of the property that its not selling depends on were it is located and what the amenities of the area are. But like Michael said the best way to start would be to ask the owner why he is selling and why it has been on and off the MLS so often.

Hello everyone, I was just wondering what are the rules and regulations if I want to offer out of state investors maintenance, repair and rehabbing services for their properties. Do I as a independent contractor have to be certified, insured or licensed to do so even though the contractors and worker that will actually do the work are.

Thank you so much for the information. I was assuming I had to tell them what my Real Estate investment goals and plans for the future are. But that is much simpler. So thank you so much Bill and Giovanni.
