Hey everyone, My name is Dominique (I go by Dom)  and I'm excited to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community. I'm 29 years old, a recent OSU graduate in marketing and I've been in sales for about 10 years. I feel like real estate has been my calling for quite a while even dating back to a young age. I'm in a career where I constantly meet all kinds of people and the encounters I have with people involved with real estate are always the most inspiring. My goals in real estate are to live a life that gives me the opportunity to live life on my own terms while helping others in need. I'm eager to soak up as much knowledge as I can and I know I'm in the right place. I'm most interested in fix & flip and wholesaling strategies so, I want to get better at analyzing deals. I look forward to my growth in these areas and thank you for taking the time to read my introduction.
