@Dave Vona Thanks

@Zachary P. Thanks for the info. I had a similar experience also didn't get 2 of my properties rented by November after I turned over one at the beginning of August and the other mid September.

I switched to another local but flat rate company who rented both in less than 2 weeks.

I was hoping this was an Atlanta only thing.

I guess I will have cross them off completely in all areas.

I am looking for and good attorney to help me setup the proper protections for my property investments.

I have an LLC but likely am using it incorrectly.

Thank

Does anyone or many people on Bigger Pockets use property management?

Does anyone else have or had property managed by Mynd formerly RentVest?

I ask because I recently ended my relationship with them in the Atlanta area, but would like to know about other areas they service.

I am hoping it's just that area.

In areas other than Atlanta:

Do they communicate when a service call is requested?

Do they respond fast when you reach out?

How long to get a tenant?

How long for properties to be turned over with just cleaning and when repairs are needed?

I had issues with a repair, they left my tenant with electrical issues for more than a month and never told the tenant what was going on.

I am curious if the PM is my issue or the company.

Thanks

I believe a company named RentVest now MyNd.  I use them for one property in Atlanta but the PM in Atlanta was not getting my new units rented so i pulled those to go to another flat rate.

RentVest charges 1/2 month rent to place and 79 a month.

Another flat rate company

Renters Warehouse also charges 79 but charge a lot to sign a new tenant.  1 to 2 months of rent.
