Thanks, I can't bid on this property though bc it's now off market. I wanted to get in contact with the listing agent bc I thought they'd have some insight on if/when it'll be relisted and why the previous buyer wasn't able to close.

Hey all, I've been following a HUD home for a bit and would very much like to get in contact with the listing agent. It was under contract the past few months, but today I got an alert it went from pending to active. I jumped online to see the status since has gone from Active to Off-Market.

Without access to the MLS, how do I get in contact with the listing agent who might have some familiarity with the listing? The listing agent is no longer listed as it's expired. It's in MD, in case that matters.

thanks!
Ethan

Very interesting topic I often think about, and great advice from both above. If she's The One, do everything you can to keep her while keeping your plan in motion. If not, be a man and cut it loose to refocus your attention on what's really gonna matter long term.

Thanks, I definitely will be in need of some training after passing the tests. Any suggestions on ones in Virginia?

Hi all,

So, I'm pursuing fix and flips with an agent, but am working to get licensed end of this month. Once I pass the tests, I want to be able to access properties, make offers, and sell my own places. No interest in being a regular buyer or listing agent at the moment.

What broker/company would do this? I dont' want to pay any desk or admin fees, but don't mind a 50/50 split on any comissions. I mostly want this so I can act FAST seeing properties and making offers faster than I'm able to right now.

Advice, thoughts? Thanks in advance..
