@Dan Barli Thanks for the response! I am interested in wholeselling or owning to rent single family homes. My first goal would be finding someone to partner with so I can learn the ins and outs of the business. Also, I would like to figure out what route works best for me, so I can focus on that one thing. I would like to get a couple of houses under my name whether it be by wholeselling or having rent houses.
