Hi! Nice to connect. I have several SFRs in Jackson, mostly Broadmoor area (north). 

It's totally fine, you can use your personal credit to help leverage your business. I would only use that new account for business and have your bookkeeper or quickbooks track the card for your business expenses. 

We are purchasing our first multi-family apartment building and looking for ways to cut spending. The building is 8 unit 2/2.  The current owner pays $360 a month the have a 4 yard dumpster picked up 3 times a week. I can get a 8 yard picked up once a week for $140 a month. Is there any reason I shouldn't change this?

We also, just started an LLC. Our partners want to use a SDIRA, is it better for them to invest in the LLC and I add the LLC to the deed?
