I was told by another lender in town to sell my primary & make investment property my primary & then turn into business after closing .

Live in Kingman Az . Looking to sell my property & use for a new investment for primary. Will be starting an Assisted Living Group Home . I've spoke with one lender & she said I couldn't buy as an LLC .
if I could get some more feed back it would greatly be appreciated!

I am checking around to see who might be interested in making an investment in a residential home that I can run as an assisted living group home . We have a silver tsunami happening & I believe now is the time to tap into this market ! 

Good Morning! Thank you for taking the time to read my post & what amazing advice you’ve offered me ! Yes I concur on higher end however this town I live in population is about 33,000 & median income is less than  $50,000 . There are a lot of group homes in Az . & maybe it might be worth going to another city . 

Hello & thank you for advice!  I’ve been caring for seniors & developmentally disabled adults for the last 10 yrs & I’ve seen some awful stuff here in Arizona . That is why I am looking into doing this . 

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to offer great advice ! I have worked in the industry for 10 years and now I am working with developmentally disabled adults . Since living here in Mohave County I’ve noticed some of the worst care here .
