Thanks Brooks. What kind of umbrella policy do you have? I guess what I am asking is, is the policy for your LLC? I also have an LLC but any kind of liability policy here is costing a fortune. None of the insurance companies want to cover a company that is strictly for investment purposes.

Can anyone with an LLC tell me if they have a general liability policy for their company. This is also apparently for if you do not have a realtors license.

Hi everyone.  I am a new member on Bigger Pockets.  Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.  I am an investor in the southern New Hampshire area.  I have been investing for approximately 10 years, but I am now a full time investor looking to expand my company. I am currently looking to purchase properties in the southern New Hampshire area for wholesaling or rehabbing.  I am also open to partnering with somebody on a deal.
