What an excellent example! I hope to follow the same system and structure as you where I can get my first house, invest and build appreciation, and take that appreciation and roll it into another project and allow my business to flourish that way.

Is there anyone in the LA area that's looking to teach or mentor? Maybe a hands-on approach?

How did you all start out in real estate? Did you buy a home, take the equity/appreciation from that home and bought another? Was it like a "snowball effect"?

How much money did you start out with? Where did you go to get financing?

I am SO ecstatic about getting myself involved in Real Estate. Just the thought of it gets my wheels turning! I am new with no experience but I do have goals that I am striving toward including: General Investing, Flipping, and Property Management.
