I am a religious Biggerpockets follower. Have listened to every podcast and am in the process of reading the books. (currently reading the book on flipping houses). I am a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina. I majored in Real Estate and Finance. I want to start investing now and learning as much as possible. I am looking for a South Carolina meet up or if any investors would like to chat. I am young, eager, willing to learn, and ready to start now. Looking forward to connecting.

I am graduating from the University of South Carolina in December 2019. I have a degree in Finance and Real Estate. I am the President of the schools real estate club as well. I am searching for a career in development, acquisitions, anything in real estate. I am primarily looking to stay in the southeast (NC, SC, GA). If anyone knows of any opportunities i would appreciate it.

Im 22 and graduating in December. It is hard to qualify for loans for mortgages being so young. Tips to financing the first property at a young age?
