@Umar Awan I plan to wholesale part time while still working a job, while saving up for a 4 plex

@Erik Whiting you give me so much confidence man honestly, I read that entire thing & was like wow what am I afraid of

@Erik Whiting the goal was to wholesale up until I save up for a SFR, wholesaling seems like it is real simple but I feel as if I will freeze, and that seems outrageous because I'm always considered a people person

@Larry T. I’m trying to learn as much as I can

@Larry T. Thanks man, this helped a lot, do you know any other type of real estate that is equivalent to wholesaling? I’m looking to get started on a small budget

I’m nervous starting out because I just know I will mess up, I live in New Orleans Louisiana am I doing it right?

1.) Get a list

2.) Send out letters

3.) Find a motivated seller, make an offer and put them under contract (purchase and sale)

4.) market the contract

5.) find a buyer and put them under contract (assignment contract)

6.) take it to the title company

7.) do a close

Is this all correct?

@Umar Awan but I don’t get it, I look up the house & it says sold

@Ehsan Rishat thanks so much man, I’m going use this & save up for a new list

@Wayne Brooks ok I get it, can I contact listsource to tell them to alter the list? Or will I need to purchase another list?
