I am currently in the CCIM 102 course, Market Analysis.  Should anyone have questions about the general content I would be happy to answer or discuss.

@Ali Horbach Yes, the spreadsheets they provide are very helpful.  I am taking the test next week and will keep you posted on how it goes!  Best of luck in your CCIM journey!

The four core classes (101-104) are about $1,800 each.  Negotiations is $450.  There is a prep day before the final exam if you would like that is about $800.  Not sure the cost of final exam.  I feel that the course material and people you meet are worthwhile.

Congratulations! Yes, 104 is very informative of how to apply concepts from 101.  You were able to take all classes and final exam online?  I thought one class had to be taken in person and the final exam was an in person test - I could be wrong

Realized last week I had to take the negotiations course as a prerequisite for CCIM 104 and went into the office this weekend and knocked it out before the 104 class starts today, will keep everyone in the loop!

Background:  Capital Markets broker with Avison Young in Raleigh focusing transactions on office and retail.  Decided during the pandemic that I was going to use the opportunity to sharpen skills with educationMy college degree is in accounting and after a couple years as an auditor I decided to jump into real estate as a broker.

CCIM 101 - Financial Analysis (July 2020): Online course was taken over 2 weeks and I passed the test on August 1st.  Took the class with Jeremey Cryier and would recommend him as an instructor.  Course was certainly a good amount of information - I imagine the 1 week in person course is really straining. The course really gave me a good understanding of how to underwrite a deal from cash perspective, debt perspective, tax perspective and more.  Having a background in accounting helped me absorb the material at the rate its given at.

CCIM 104 (September 2020): Stay tuned
