Hey @Steve Cavanaugh we've spoken before about SOMDREIG meeting. My work schedule involves a lot of overtime that restricted me from attending the last two meetings. Eventually I will make it to one.

I am seeking someone experienced in real estate investing in my area. Charles county, Southern Maryland. My goal is to start out with fix and flips an move up to private lending.

I'm also new to flipping houses with little to no experience. I find getting funds seems to be a rather difficult task.most of the lenders iv looked into cover only a certain percentage then you have to cover the remaining.on top of that since you don't have any experience there's an interest rate that's not very motivating. My best advice as a fellow newbie is to not rush into anything an find funding that suits your needs. Call all of your local banks, try an find a private lender that's willing to work with you if the property is a killer deal.
