I just wanted to say hello to the Bigger Pockets community. My name is David and I'm based in Austin, TX.  I've been here primarily since the late 90s, with a couple of years spent in NYC and Chapel Hill, NC. 

I've invested enough time leeching information from here and elsewhere (REI, Fortune Builders, etc) and now I have the free time to jump right in. If anyone here in Austin or Houston/Galveston is looking to network and just plain make it happen, then shoot me a message and we'll get the ball rolling for everyone.
