I have been trying to find ways to network with home flippers, and investors to ask questions about doing the BRRRR to know what's it's really like and "comercial" real estate properties to get to know more of what and who Im going to need in order to build a successful business.

I know a little more than the basics of real estate and wanted to know what type of service can I bring or learn to do to bring to the table. I am thinking of emailing local agents to ask if they can help me get contacts to the people I need, I’m open to any other ideas on how to approach them if you recommend.

I also am the leader of a group of 2 since they see what I’m doing and want to follow along they will be willing do take any opportunity as well, we are starting small business to build our reputation and to build skill. I can offer work on properties like power wash or other labor work as well.

If you were in my position what would be your next move to get closer to networking

Hello I am 17 yr old in the Chicago area and I want to know how to create bonds and relationships with real estate investors because I want to gain their knowledge and I am willing to offer my time and work for their knowledge, I do not know how to approach them in a way that makes it akward or make me look lazy and just looking for handouts. I don’t want to make myself look desperate for looking for one either I just want tips on what ways I can approach them to gain their knowledge and build a relationship them as a young person.

I am not a complete newbie I have education on rental investing and will continue education myself. I have a lot of time in my hands and I want to expand my knowledge.

Hello I am new to the Real Estate world and I want to ask if the interest rate raises if you pull a higher loan? I just need help because I am struggling on making my market portfolio and don’t know how interest work and I really want to get a full understanding of it.
