@Wesley Frye 5 showings in the first 10 days is too low and If you received an offer from a First time buyer they usually need help with closing costs.

My first advice as an agent.is you need make sure about the value of your property because it need to be appraised and in case do not appraise for the amount they are offering you will be in a complicated situation because they do not have funds to cover the difference.

Recently I had the same issue but the 1st inspector was helping me but after he was relocated it the next inspector was a pain in the xxx... at the end the called a few more items making me to spend an extra 6k. Be kind and try to call the main office for a solution. It worked good for me.

@Stephen Butkus it took me 6 months to clear permits with the city. It's not easy depending of the state.

@Eliu Rosario you can refinance but look carefully numbers with this rates is usually much better keep the PMI up to the rates come down enoughh to make sense

I have a house in a turist place and a Hotel next door is asking me to use my house to have more rooms and I was wondering what's the best way to make this happen and what kind of lease I can use to be protected.
