Hello everyone, I am stationed here in Florida near Daytona Beach. My wife and I live in our first house (used VA loan) here and we are looking for additional ways to create cash flow with our home. Hello. My business partner and I are looking into purchasing a property to flip together in Jacksonville, NC. We are both single military and would like to use the VA Home Loan to our benefit. We want to make sure we are using it correctly and to the best of our ability. Our goal is to flip and sell and would like to get in the BRRRR game later on as well. We are both first timers so any tips and help would be appreciated!
