My name is David, and I am 24 years old. I've been married for a year and a half, and my wife just gave birth to our first child. I'm currently employed by a a real estate investment company, and I'm planning on owning rental properties of my own one day. Besides the car my wife and I just financed, we are completely debt free.

I'm strictly here to learn as much as I possibly can before we take any major steps. Any advice for someone who hasn't even dipped his toes in the water is greatly appreciated!
