Hi everyone

Hi everyone

I had a realtor appointment set up for today to look at a house I'm looking to flip. The realtor never showed up so I called and left a message. Still have not heard from the realtor! I do real estate investing part time and don't have time for games. Should I get another realtor to show the house?

I want to use my time wisely

Thanks again

Hi everyone

Is a solo IRA a good retirement account for a LLC to work though? I don't know what one is better solo IRA or Self-Directed IRA.

Hi everyone

My wife and I are new to real estate investing. She is a nurse and I'm a carpenter. We are just getting tired of the same old same old thing and need a change. I've always wanted to do real estate investing so we did some seminars and now I'm hooked. But now I got so much information going around in my head I don't know where to go. I'm looking to do a buyers list. Where do I go next?

Thanks again for the information I can't wait to start investing!!
