I have started an coworking space and event center in Indianapolis. It is starting to be very successful. I have some long term investors that want paid out so I'm looking for a strategic partner to become active with a seasoned Indianapolis investor. It is a great business model and the real estate is high end with tremendous  upsides . Gross sales will exceed $300,000 in 2023 with projections  in excess of $500,000 in 2024.The real estate would make a great replacement property on a 1031 exchange. Lets talk
