Hey everyone, My partners and I have noticed a drop in foreclosure in the main counties in Texas. Have you seen a recent drop the past 3 months in there being no foreclosure listings?

It seems there is a disconnect between companies and myself. We ARE in fact looking to close with the title company. We aren't trying to do anything out of the ordinary here. Hence my confusion. Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply Ethan. I've called 10+ title companies and Real estate attorneys and nobody seems to have the knowledge or ability to do what we are asking. We do this in other states as well so I'm sure there is a solution. Thanks again

Hey everyone, 

I'm currently under contract on a property in Desoto TX. It is going through the foreclosure process. We are trying to get title information pulled to see what sort of liens, judgements or other charges have been placed on title. Does anyone know of anyone that can help us out with that?
