Right Jeremy, I totally see your point of view thanks for sharing your thoughts on this matter with everyone.

Right, the only thing is that I intend on moving out of state and won’t be able to be in town to manage it myself. I’m thinking Perhaps a traditional property management company could work better for my given situation. Any feedback is welcome.

One problem that I see is that is difficult to project PM company costs since they charge a percentage per booking rather than a percentage a month.

Is anyone in here currently working with a short term rental property management company to list and manage your property on platforms like Airbnb?
