Hey y'all,

I am about to close on a refinance of my own property to get my ex's name off. I am planning on renting the unit out it is a 2/2 villa in Wellington Florida.

Any tips and tricks on things to put in the lease? Anything to avoid? I appreciate anything you can recommend.

Hey y'all, got my first home. Do you recommend to put it in an LLC? Or keep it under my name? If LLC what structure do you recommend or any tips at all.
