GREAT PROPERTY BACK ON THE MARKET!!! This recently fell out of escrow b/c buyer had financing issues on his end. It 2 separate houses, total of 5 units (4 of 5 rented), on a massive lot - plenty of room in the back for your imagination. 4 of 5 units have been recently upgraded, the last has a long term tenant that I inherited of over 7 years (that unit could use some TLC at some point). Gross rents total $2500, rents are below market, could be easily raised but I've left well enough alone for now.
