i want to find an investor to work with, i don´t have the money to run my project on my own

but if i find the correct people i could do it. and i know that this project could be very profitable

i live in the most touristic zone of Spain coast, Andalucia

i will explain a bit more.

here the prices are very low now, but the price is recovering, 

here in spain there are 2 kinds of terrains, urban--> you could build any kind of residential building, 

or rustic terrains, where the law only let you to use it for agriculture purpose, except in a few cases, and here is the opportunity.

obviosly rustic terrain are very cheaper in front of urban terrain.

then, you could build residential buildings in rustic terrains if the terrain have a minimun size,

or if it have and old residential building older than the law 1973yr, this buldings usually are in a very bad condition, the bussines could be, purchase one rustic terrain with a residential bulding and restore it to sell later as a luxury vacational building..

other way could be to buy a big rustic terrain with the minimun size to build a residential and construct it

My idea is for residential, land plots to build, or villages to restore

i want to know what is the best way to find investors, after 7 years of economic crisis there are a lot of opportunities to invest and make a big profit, and i know that if i find the correct investor we could make great deals.
