I have properties in Florida but live out of state. If I use a realtor to find a tenant the standard MLS form section 6c seems to say that an additional fee (e.g., one months rent) is due to realtor if the tenant renews. That would mean five fees if the tenant stays five years. I only want to pay one time. How do i get that clause stricken from the agreement. thanks

I'm curious if there is a spanish language zillow rental application website that can be used by applicants who have Spanish as their primary language.
