Maybe I'm talking too much and too passionately about real estate investing. 

I have a rental and am looking at buying more but now.....

My family member recommended me to their friend that is moving to Miami but I don't have a real estate license...what are my options?  They want me to find them a house to buy!

I moving to Los Angeles to be mentored in real estate investing and wanted to know if landlords are willing to discount or exchange managerial services for rent.  Is that something landlords consider?
