@Jonathan Oh thank you! I chose Columbia because I expect to be living there in about mid 2021. I've visited often since earlier this year. I've done a bit of research and saw that it's an appreciating market and I figured it wouldn't be a bad place to start. That's before an in depth market analysis though so it may be subject to change.
