i appreciate all the advice and the deal ended up not happening, that was a good thing however because i wasn't prepared or able to handle that deal, all the advice given helped me step back and learn more now i am confident and ready to close my first as soon as i find the right one

Hello im a new wholesaler in the dfw area and im trying to let my buyers know about a potential deal and i am trying to see who likes the numbers before i try to get it under contract. Is this a good way to test the waters or should i get it under contract 1st?
