Hi everyone!! I'm 26 years old and just created my profile a few hours ago. I am currently working in a full-time job at a multifamily fund in Mexico City.

I've been listening to the podcast for about 3 weeks, taken a few notes, and now I'm currently at show 39 (my favorite so far was show 37 with Aaron Mazzrillo).

My girlfriend and I are looking forward to make a long term career out of RE investing and we think flipping houses is a good starting point. We are doing some previous learning but hopefully we will close our first deal within the next 3 months.

I have a financial background from the school and my job and she is an architect with experience working as General Contractor for office and residential projects.

I really appreciate the community all of you guys have created. We are very excited and will definitely be taking all of the knowledge we can from this site.

Comments and tips of any kind will be very well received!!
