Rehab / cash properties. Days on market which is obviously a factor , but in my case it's in its first week, but already dropped     20 k in price.

I was wondering , does anyone have guesstimates on how much under asking you can offering being a cash buyer? I'm sure it's case by case, but would love some insight.
