I was wondering if the mortgage amount I’m approved for in Florida would be the same amount I would get approved in California? In this scenario my finances wouldn’t change since I’m active duty.

I’m curious of the toll it takes on your credit to applying this method. By buying and refinancing at least twice a year or more, wouldn’t it affect it greatly?

Can anyone recommend a great up to date book on Buying foreclosures? Also a good real estate law book, thank you.
