@Jerryll Noorden thanks fam and no I’m never ashamed I know it cost money to make it and I’m using ads for my other companies as well so yeah with the right ads and good marketing it will work.

@Dan Sarao thanks for the advice and yeah when I’m D4D I typically look for those type of properties. Do a quick walk around and even speak with the neighbors about it

Should drive around looking for properties and or purchase absentee leads? If so what’s a good site that you would recommend.
