Hello All -

I hope you had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. I am currently looking to meet potential joint venture partner(s) whom are interested in acquiring large multifamily commercial buildings and/or flex spaces. Please connect with me if you're looking to expand your portfolio, or alternatively, if you know someone else looking to JV.

All best,
David Lucas,

Hello All -

Good morning. I am looking to connect with investors that have experience in the acquisition and management of flex spaces. Would be super appreciative if anyone out there could introduce me or point me in the right direction.

Many thanks!
David

Eric - I concur with Brad regarding property classes in Columbus, I think you can find C and B classes in Columbus in the 50k - 100k range. Though, property classes are subjective. Just my perspective. It's certainly more competitive this year then say two years ago. But with the right team in place and hard work, you should do fine.

@Youssef Elmaraghy. My advice is wherever you decide to go, Columbus or elsewhere, be sure to vet the street and neighborhood with a property manager that you can trust. If you intend to self manage, offer a good PM $25 - $50 for quick phone call to consult on the neighborhood. You can post in the forums and ask the community for PM recommendations. Good luck.
