Good Afternoon BP,

My wife and I are new to BP but absouletly love the wealth of knowledge and the family atmosphere. My wife and i are extremely green in Real estate world but love learning. I am in the military and my wife is a loan officer, we are interested in the buy and hold strategy. We currently own one rental property in Milton, Florida and plan on buying more there. Right now we live in southern California due to my duty station. We are eager to learn and excited to meet  all you wonderful people of the real estate world.

Good Afternoon BP,

My wife and i are fairly green when it comes to real estate investing. Since i am in the military we currently have one rental property and it is out of state. We are planining on buying another rental near the orignal. We feel we need to hire a property manager to manage our current property and our future ones as well. What are some tips when searching for property managers or good questions to ask to evaulate our options. Thank you in advance for your time.
