My name is David Lenis and i am a Freshman college student at New Jersey City University! I have recently been assigned a research paper from my english teacher which requires us to survey/interview a specific group of people of which we seek to know more about. Lately, i have been showing huge interest towards Real Estate and have been doing my best so that i can get closer to my first deal! I was hoping i can use this as a way to network and get some professional in and outs of the game from people who been doing this for a while now. I’ve been in R.E game for a little while now and i’m doing major work to get closer to my first deal. My goal is to complete it before the year ends. Lately, i’ve been trying to get in contact with other R.E. investors so i can build relationships and my network overall.
