@Jeff Shumway Thanks for the feedback! Definitely some great points I will keep in mind. Like you said as long the investment is making money and building equity then there is no reason to wait and try to time the market. I will keep my eye out these next few months in hopes of a good deal. Thanks again!

Hey guys! I am looking to make my first investment property purchase and have always been really interested in the Florida real estate market, mainly Orlando due to constant tourism. The property would mostly be rented out as an air bnb.

I’ve noticed that since COVID began, the Florida real estate market has constantly been rising in prices due to many work from home jobs. I have a few questions regarding the topic.

1) Have real estate prices in Florida reached a peak since they’ve been appreciating for so long?

2) Are there any months of the year that are considered “slow” months for selling in Florida and are better for buyers?

3) Given that interest rates are at an all time low, is it a good time to purchase an investment property in Orlando?
