I am looking to fully rehab an interior townhome in westminster Md. Home is sound, but needs new kitchen, flooring, bathroom, possibly HVAC unit and possibly roof. If anyone has worked with a reliable investor friendly general contractor in the Carroll County Maryland area please let me know. Thanks!

Also new to self directed IRA. I see the forums Ultimate list of Self Directed IRAs. I will be consulting with my CPA for recommendations but I'm curious with a list this large, what key features would someone look for to determine who to go with as a custodian? Also anyone have personal experience with a particular company that could make a recommendation?

Frederick is the fast growing city in Maryland. I'm currently looking for a rental purchase in frederick and its a pretty hot market and inventory for good deals is limited. I would take a look at Urbana right outside of Frederick proper. It's got the best schools in the area and is right of i270.
