Although I'm already considering at least one tax preparer I wanted to see what everyone else on Bigger Pockets is doing. Flips are short term and rental properties are long term. I understand you don't want to mix the two.

Hello everyone

Does anyone have any landscaping software recommendations? I'm still trying to make a determination as to which direction I will go in the world of Real Estate Investing. I'm considering some small flips to begin and I have recently learned that curb appeal is a great place to start. I'm not looking to start a landscaping company. I just want to use it to create some curb appeal. I love "Pro Landscape Photo Imaging" but I want to make sure that I'm on the right track before digging that deep into my pockets. I'm checking out reviews and I figured I had nothing to lose by posting my question on Bigger Pockets.

Thank you and I wish you all great success

@Marian Smith let me make it clear that I don't own any properties at this point other than the one that I reside in. I've been studying real estate investment for a few years now wow going up every day for my regular job as an auto transporter. I've always considered having property managers because it was told to me that when you go from working for someone else to working for yourself oh, all you are doing is switching handcuffs.
