This property has had recent updates such as all new paint inside. New windows, vinyl siding, front and rear porches, new water heater, new electronics in the furnace, plumbing. The roof had some repairs and has 5-7 years of life left. This is an excellent income property that has been bringing in $700/mo. The last tenant just moved out in the middle of May, and the property is currently vacant. I would like to sell this one fast so the new owner can place their own tenant.

Occupied rental with lease through August 2016. Tenants considering resigning a two year lease at expiration of current lease. The property has been rehabbed with new windows and siding.
