anyone found a company that does rental loans that you have had or know someone who has done business with said company...........I have used inland capital in east wa ...and eastside lending in Seattle WA.......both fund no upfront fee .....but all short loans looking for a rental loan company with good record........advice?

most will finance if loan is 65%ltv and u pay  a down.....short term so there is money on table for them ....they make there's on the origanation fee............no upfront fees .....ur down at closers is all u need 

I have used inland capital and eastside lending both very real 12% 9 months .....got the job done....

these people try to call me right now ....how do I export them .....

I have 3 houses I'd like to refi....anyone out there......
