Thank you very much for the response Christopher and Phillip. I was turned down because the bank said the property was not fund-able something to do with the HOA and they did not go into any more detail. SO i was at that. This was done with the bank. I am looking to finance myself perhaps with a HELOC and then transfer it over to a conventional over a refinance. But am looking into if it was not fund-able before if perhaps it could be afterwards. Once again thank you very much for all your help.

Hello biggerpockets community. I am currently looking to buy one perhaps two condos in Las Vegas, but I am being turned down by banks for getting a conventional loan with 20%. I wanted to know if this sounds about right, or if there seems to exist any options to be able to purchase without having to use up all the cash. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance for the tremendous help.

Have a great day.
