Brandon, I also would be interested in that spreadsheet if you're willing.  No worries either way.

Thanks!

Can anybody recommend a REI-focused CPA that will provide a personalized tax savings plan, checklists, forms, etc. for a reasonable fee?

I have spoken to a local CPA and also had a consult with Keystone CPA. The local CPA didn't come across as savvy and couldn't provide the REI-focused tax savings plan, tangible checklists, and other forms for my wife and I to use all year while we invest. And Keystone CPA charges like $3000-4000 for a 6-week course. You get all the checklists and forms, but that's a lot of money.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Happy holidays, everyone!  This is my first post - excited to jump in here.

I'm in the Pittsburgh area and am looking for a CPA (bonus points for Sewickley area) to help with positioning me for my first real estate investment.  I need general advice regarding how to set myself up right from the get go in the best way to maximize deductions, etc.
